Return Window

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We encourage customers to check their order promptly to ensure a smooth process.

Return Shipping

Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

For orders paid with Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be processed automatically. Once your return is approved, a member of our team will contact you personally to arrange the refund via bank transfer or PayPal, ensuring a smooth and secure process.

Please note: Personalized or limited-edition journals are final sale and cannot be returned.
